Some pages in groov Manage display "server offline" message

Symptoms:

Depending on the time zone setting on your groov EPIC or RIO, you may see a Server Offline - Data May Be Stale message (on a red background) at the top of the following groov Manage pages:

• About
• Node-RED Status
• groov View Status
• Data Service

Workaround:

Change the time zone settings:

1. From the groov Manage Home page, click Settings > Time.
2. In the Time Zone section, click Region and select one of the following:
   • Universal
   • America—If you select America, click Locality and choose one of the following zones closest to your location: Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, or New York.
   • Etc—If you select Etc, click Locality and choose a zone that starts with GMT. Important: Make sure you understand the sign (postive or negative) of your selected zone; the signs are reversed from the standard ISO 8601 convention. For more information, review the "Area" sub-section of the Names of timezones article.
3. Click Set Zone.
