Updating module firmware in PAC Manager may fail if firmware filename contains a parenthesis

Symptoms:

When attempting to install module firmware in PAC Manager, you may encounter a “Command Failed” error message if the module firmware filename contains a parenthesis.

For example, if the original filename is snap-aiv-r2.1b.eio and you attempt to install a firmware file named snap-aiv-r2.1b (1).eio, you may encounter the error message and the update fails.

Workaround:

Ensure the module firmware file does not contain a parenthesis in its filename.

Resolution:
